The Elite Property Group is a boutique real estate brokerage owned and managed by Anna Naumann Real Estate LLC. Anna Naumann Real Estate LLC was established in 1999, after Anna's 19 years in the real estate industry. Anna Naumann is the company's Broker and co-owner, along with her husband Ricky Naumann, who is a Texas licensed Realtor and is the companies Sales Manager. We have 2 convenient office locations to serve you. Our Lake Travis office is located inside the gorgeous country club community of Barton Creek Lakeside, next to the club house, and our Austin office is located in Downtown Austin on Congress Avenue. We have been providing professional real estate services in both these areas for the past 25 years. Real Estate is our passion and we try and treat every client the way we would expect to be treated, with professionalism and respect.

She started her real estate career in 1980, working for a mortgage company in Midland,Texas. Upon coming to Austin in 1986, she continued her career in the mortgage business until 1989 where she moved into managing foreclosure properties for a large asset management company, managing property all over the state of Texas. In 1989, she obtained her real estate license and continued to manage a number of large projects until 1992 when she decided to go into residential real estate sales full time. In 1996, she opened a branch office for a family brokerage, that had been in business in the Austin area since the 1940's, and in 1999 she obtained her broker’s license and stepped out on her own. Anna's philosophy is to serve with passion and enthusiasm, as this is the traits she would expect to find in hiring a professional to handle her business affairs. Her relationships are based upon honesty and integrity and she believes knowledge is power and she has strived to stay on top of this ever changing industry by serving on various professional committees including: * 10 consecutive years on Austin Board of Realtors Grievance and Professional Standards committee, which hears complaints on fellow Realtors and hands down sanctions for violations to our code of ethics. * She is currently serving her third - 2 year term - on the Texas Association of Realtors Professional Standards committee that hears complaints from all across Texas of smaller boards that do not have their own committees in place. 3 years on the future leadership and education steering committee at the Austin Board of Realtors One term on the LCRA advisory panel as a liaison between the LCRA and the public Along with a personal passion of serving as a Hospice Austin volunteer where she has been volunteering since 2004 The things she enjoys in life are spending time with family, cruising, horse racing, and boating

His family was one of the first settler's in Spicewood, Texas in the mid 1800's and he is the co-owner and Sales Manager of the real estate office located in Barton Creek Lakeside in Spicewood, Texas. Ricky' spent 20 plus years in the construction industry before obtaining his real estate license in 2001. For the past 10 years, Ricky has worked residential real estate and farm and ranch sales. His referral base of satisfied clients has made his career very successful. His track record of sales includes a number of $1,000,000 plus properties and he earned the Certified Luxury Home Specialist designation along with the million dollar guild. He has also served on the LCRA river advisory panel for 1 - 3 year term. Ricky enjoys college football, hunting, ranching, cooking outdoors and spending time with family.
